My day started off hectic at work, but the staff were understanding and worked with me in making renting a vehicle as smooth as possible. I will definitely return to this location and rent again.

I had the best experience with the hold staff At 201 w Oakland Park Blvd. From the time They came and picked me up, while my Car is Being repaired, I never had to wait long at All To rent a car, from the Manager she was Excellent, she always acknowledged you, my Day was not going good, before i was picked up but Mrs. Abelo made my day, and the rest Of the week, if I had a question or a Problem About my car or any to do with my car, she Always made time, or if she couldn't take Care of you , she would turn me over to tiito her Assistant he had Alot of patients with you as Well, I really like one thing I heard the Manager would said that they would make it happen, Meaning not to worry, that would take good care of you, and I felt like family, knowing That I was been taking care of, and I felt safe Just to know that, I think from now on, that is The only enterprise rental I would like to Rent From.
he was so pleasant and helpful. Don't let him go you have an A1 employee in him. at 20 W Oakland branch. I usually use Key West and am always satisfied with the service but Tito went over and above- give that man a raise!
Great customer service everybody at the front desk was very polite easy pick-up and drop-off of vehicles I live in Hollywood and I only rent my vehicles from this location.
