Beyond the professional association Kalis Mcintee has also aided my family during a very difficult time when we lost my aunt. My sister law recently passed away tragically after a flight from Ireland to Fort Lauderdale and we had the difficult prospect of repatriating the body back to Ireland. The family were deeply upset by the sudden shock and I had to look after the arrangements. In the end the assistance of Jim of the funeral home proved to make the task so much easier and his understanding helped to make the task a lot easier. The funeral home had assisted in the removal of remains to Ireland on one prior occassion and I have nothing but praise for their approach. While money is not important on an occassion like that they were more than 40% cheaper than the funeral home recommended by the hospital. In any case they were really understanding, caring and efficient. This might seem a little over the top but rest assured that this was truly the case and if it helps another Irish person who is faced with the circumstances that we were I will be very pleased.

When I arrived the abrupt lady who I later learned was an owner said I was wrong location. She became very rude and walked away.
She then began to tell me the most horrible opinions about her competitor is using curse words amd going on and on. All while I am holding am urn in my hand
I was shocked and disgusted by her behavior and use of language. I was there to collect the ashes of a close friend whom passed away 3 weeks ago. She made a difficult time more difficult. For years I am going to remeber this day as such a negative with her attitude.
I would not ever suggest or recommend this company for services.
