HORRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!! HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS. This place does not appreciate theyre GOOD and LOYAL customers. I have been going faithfully one year. They put me with a new technician today(with the white braces that sits on the end in the middle row to the left). She cut my nails down before she asked what shape that I wanted. Nevertheless my nails ended up being WAY too short because she didn't ask before cutting them. I expressed to her my nails were too short and she started actually laughing at me !
However due to the lack of communication and FELL thru with his promise to me to surprise my husband.
I love this nail salon, the nail technicians are all very good and friendly. Katie is the absolute best! She does such a great job everytime, she is the sweetest and very skilled at what she does. The salon looks super nice too, never a long wait and always enough staff and comfy pedicure chairs/areas. :)
FINALLY I had to get up from the chair hoping to get this resolved with the manager "TOMMY " I told him that she was extremely disrespectful which I know that he saw . The technician came running over to him speaking to him in Vietnamese . S o I did not understand anything. Before I knew it he he continued to tell me "BYE".... if you dont like it "BYE". I could not believe not only was I so badly treated by the technician but now also by the manager.!!! He told me to leave only with extensions on my fingers not even finished if you want to be disrespected to a huge degree go here . This is incredible .
He NEVER related the message to his staff like he first stated. I called back and with no sympathy what's so ever he stated he totally forgot and he charged my husband for the full service. I was outraged with now only his lack of communication and his lack of promises But ruining my nice little Birthday SURPRISE. Come to find out his excuse was he stepped out but come to find out he personally was getting his nails done ! Absolutely unexceptable and I don't recommend this salon on any level.
Had one good session here and one that was the absolute worst. The front manager was careless and obviously distracted while working the dremel. In response to my protest of my nail bed being damaged, he called me scared and made it clear he thought that he knew best (15 yrs working does not mean you are immune to mistakes). Absolutely will not be back and have been trying to grow out the problems put in my nail bed months later. If you go here, you better have an appointment with someone you totally trust. Or deal with being treated as an afterthought.
Went here to get a simple polish change and the job was rushed with little to no effort. I understand I'm not spending a lot of money but does that mean to slack on quality? I'll stick to Venetian nail spa.
ONE OF THE OTHER technicians CINDY/CYNTHIA was the only worker in the entire salon (there was about 6 people working at the time.).Who actually HAD ENOUGH RESPECT and told me to stay and she would fix my nails. She was the only one that had enough decency to treat me like a human being and not like a rat in the street
Terrible Terrible Customer Service! I called early thismorning to pre pay for my husband's manicure and pedicure and the man at the front deck stated he would give him the VIP trestment due to his birthday today.
I have never been so disrespected ever . When I asked her what was so funny she continued to laugh at me. I asked her to please stop laughing at me and she continued.
